Representatives from Del Rio City Council, local businesss, and city staff applauded the signing of a "Strategic Alliance Memorandum" with Small Business Administration executives last week.  Both sides pledged to promote entrepreneurial investment in the city by providing information, training and Internet connectivity to all.
