Val Verde County Historical Commission dedication of historical marker honoring early Del Rioans Max and Anna Stool is at 1:00 p.m. Friday (August 15) in front of 608 South Griner.

Border Federal Credit Union will be hosting its “5th Annual Youth Financial Summer Camp” on the week of July 14-17, 2008. The primary goal of Border Federal Credit Union’s Youth Financial Camp is to introduce local youth ages 14-18 to the financial service environment. Interested youth must choose the morning session (9:00 a .m. – 1200 noon) or afternoon session (2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.).

individual ages 8 and up. Hands on practice covers adult, child and

The Process or Sketching and Drawing begins Mar. 15,
from 1-2:30 p.m. at the Firehouse, held every Saturday until April 12.
