Water

Water rights!!!

Mr. Johnson just might be correct, in his comments to city council.

Reasons:
1. County has delibratly prolonged it
2. Whom is the county really protecting
3. Who are the investors, why are so many water wells or ccn's being purchased by some investors or land developers in the county
4. Why do we need a water system in the county, and who is involved with this
5. Investors ?? or politics??

Solution

City needs to get a handle on the GWCD and protect thier source and protect devolopment in the county, such as water shed areas, recharge zones etc.
Such as we are concerend about development around Laughlin, the mayor and council should be protecting Del Rio San Felipe Springs!!!
