Well looks like we made the news due to our cross border partner

Me-thinks they missed the gist of it. Simply fining someone is entirely different from vehicular confiscation. I checked but Fox News was the only one carrying the story.

That was on either channel 5
That was on either channel 5 CBS or channel 12 ABC again yesterday. I saw it on Fox news yesterday evening.
This isn't the first time Acuna has sent someone home walking and hiring lawyers to get their vehicle back. A visiting property owner had his vehicle taken in about 1999 over cigarettes he purchased at the discount store by the bridge. The man who owned Ma Crosby's at the time helped him to get it back. The tourism dollars will sink even further with this going on and the national exposure. Add this to the fact that it is almost impossible to park a car over there and you wonder if they want shoppers and diners.
Yeah, now this is what I am
Yeah, now this is what I am concerned about. While I do understand and understand completely that Mexico subsidizes it's fuel for it's own people, they might have gone about this in a different manner. You know like telling people first. We are busy trying to get people to appreciate the Best of the Border and the manner in which this was done can only be considered a set back.
I can't understand the
I can't understand the complete lack of notification for the people of the United States who patronize the Pemex stations since it was aimed at the people of the US. They expect a different level of care for their citizens in this country.
Was on ch. 12 (ABC) at 10 pm
Was on ch. 12 (ABC) at 10 pm friday also. Have to wonder who got the idea first Acuna or our city to take others property. Looks like Acuna is following the airport commission and airport manager in taking away peoples property by all of a sudden enforcing so called laws. That has to be a joke right? Go Bobby, both you and Kusenberger have done good. Jay Taylor you better wake up or you will lose every thing. The real question is who is going to be next? I am betting it isn't going to be the airport commission member who is leasing his hanger out also. That would be Roger Paxton.
