LIVE! puts the spotlight on Eagle Pass, Texas this month. When prospecting for business in Del Rio and elsewhere, almost universally, business leaders were telling us something is happening in Eagle Pass and they urged us to look into it. We went south to Eagle Pass and found that the town is growing and growing fast. Here is a snapshot of Eagle Pass and some of the people there who are making it happen. On Nov. 6, 2007, Maverick
On Nov. 6, 2007, Maverick County Voters approved a 22M bond for an Athletic and Performing Arts Complex. To be contructed is a 10,000 seat football stadium, 3,500 seat gymnasium, 5,000 seat baseball stadium, 3,500 seat softball stadium, 8 tennis courts, 2 soccer fields and a performing arts center. A natatorium is in the planning stages. The complex is to be constructed on 80 acres located on U.S. Hwy. 277 just east of C.C. Winn High.
