Last school year, there were 41 pregnant students enrolled in the Life Skills for Students Parents in Del Rio's local school district. That's 41 out of around 3,000 including middle and high school students. What is being done to combat teen pregnancies in the region?

The City of Del Rio invites you to join volunteers in helping rid the city of litter and trash, Saturday, April 19.  Four locations are available for signup: Buena Vista Park Pavilion, Del Rio Civic Center, Greenwood Park and at the American GI Forum hall.  Protective gloves, bags for the trash, orange safety vests and bottles of water will be provided to each volunteer.
